This may be one of the best messages ever produced by Alive Ministries. It is an alternative view to the popular idea of spiritual warfare, of binding and loosing. It recognizes the formidable foe, the Evil One. But Doug carefully works through the Biblical passages to help us rethink the old tired formulas. He suggest that “wisdom is better than warfare!” That, in fact, our call is not to spiritual warfare, but to reconciliation of men to God. Warfare may be an inevitable by-product of work, but we must not allow it to become central. Your mind will be spinning. Your paradigms will be shaken. You may discover that your preoccupation with warfare is actually contributing to your problem. Satan, it seems, loves attention.
